Help Make Dying Fun Again
At the Take-A-Wish Foundation, we believe that no dying child's wish is off-limits. And unlike some of our cowardly competitors, we are not stopped by so-called issues of "liability", "legality" or "morality". A child's dream comes first.

In Tribute to
Michael Johann
1984-1994
Our Wishin' Mission
The Take-A-Wish Foundation was established in 1994, after Michael Johann's dying wish to slalom through a live minefield was rejected by the cowards at the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Realizing political correctness was ruining America, Michael's parents, Beverly and Lenny Johann, dreamed of an organization untethered by rules and regulations, where absolutely no wish was off-limits.
Using funds and connections provided by a powerful financier friend, they bribed Michael's way into the wartorn Chechen city of Grozny under cover of darkness, and paid guerillas to leave him in an active minefield.
Michael passed away that very day, on his own terms, as a 10-year-old MAN. And with his untimely passing, the Johanns and their financier friend decided to co-found the Take-A-Wish Foundation, with a mission to "help dying children live their best lives in their final days."
Today the Take-A-Wish Foundation generally serves 1-3 special wishes per month. In January, 2024 we granted our 1,000th Wish, a very special project involving tuna nets, explosive harpoons and an adult humpback whale. Look for our upcoming documentary on Netflix covering this special milestone event!
Our Sponsors
All of our projects are 100% subsidized by wealthy donors who bid on our children's wishes, in exchange for a front-row seat to the festivities. Additional funds are made possible through a corporate alimony settlement with the Break-A-Wish Foundation, who unilaterally separated from our corporate entity in 2016, under advisement of our former Chairman. To donate and sponsor a dying child's wish, please contact us below.
Thank you to the dreammakers at Vagibond.com, for enabling this month's dreams to become reality.
Our Leadership Team
Our staff is mostly composed of unpaid volunteers actively focused on very time-sensitive projects. For best response times, please allow 2-3 business days.

Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus in Memorium
Jeffrey Edward Epstein
We are legally obligated by settlement from our civil suit with the Break-A-Wish Foundation to include Mr. Epstein's likeness here for as long as our organization is solvent. While his involvement as a co-founder in our organization was critical to the receipt of funding and trafficking access in the early days, we now recognize that using his island as our base of operations hurt our mission and regret any harm our affiliation with Mr. Epstein may have caused our generous donors.
